Community Central Bank has funded the fireworks — a long-standing tradition in the city the Friday before the Fourth of July holiday — in the past.

FunFest Productions, which puts on the Stars and Stripes Festival that same weekend, had considered earlier this year charging for the fireworks to help pay for them, but now will no longer have to do that.
